介绍: 为了解决旧混凝土路面因修复而长时间封闭道路的难题,本文研究了水泥混凝土路面预制拼装快速修复技术。建立预制拼装路面结构模型并采用有限元进行分析,得出了平面尺寸、厚度与基层类型对预制拼装板的荷载应力和挠度的影响规律,运用力学理论与有限元计算预制板运输、吊装、运营过程中的应力,结果表明,素预制拼装板满足运输安全,吊装、运营过程中应力较大。在此基础上设计预制板块的配筋,并比较了配筋预制板与素混凝土预制板的承载力。根据槽内回填早强混凝土的性能,通过外加剂与水泥适应性试验、强度试验、干缩试验、层间粘结强度试验等,确定水槽内回填早强混凝土的配合比。 在预制板结构分析与设计、槽内回填混凝土研究的基础上,设计可移动式模板、提出预制板厚度方法与质量控制标准、总结旧路面板清除与开槽及基层找平等吊装前施工技术。最后,研究预制拼装施工技术,其中包括分析板块运输与吊装中的特点,首次提出预制板调平技术,实践结果表明调平效果良好,探讨槽内回填与板底灌浆工艺,总结接缝处治技术。
