论文摘要:本文首先详细介绍了工程施工信息的特点和分类,明确了工程施工信息的重要作用,提出了对工程施工信息进行科学高效的管理的必要性,最后详细介绍了当前施工信息管理在实践工作中常用的三种信息平台,分别是基于数据库的工程施工管理信息系统、以信息共享与协同工作为基础的项目信息门户和以空间建模与分析为特征的地理信息系统。

工程施工信息作为施工中各项管理工作的基础和依据,涉及到多环节、多渠道、多部门和多专业,为了使管理工作能够正常有序的进行,必须获得相关的及时、准确的信息,并对信息进行科学的管理,实现信息的功能和价值。传统的信息管理工作主要依靠手工或机械式的方法,而这些方法已经无法处理现代社会来源广泛、数量巨大、形式多样的施工信息,当今工程施工信息管理随着计算机、通信和互联网技术的高速发展逐渐走向信息化管理,目前已经取得大量的研究成果并在工程施工实践中广泛应用。
